The best truck choice.
Overall, the Dodge Dakota is a wonderful truck. I have had minimal problems with it, and I have driven it over 100,000 months. The MPG is not bad with 17 city and 28 highway. It is a quad cab, so it has plenty of room for my children or friends in the back. It's nice and roomy the bed is a little short, but it's good for not hauling a whole bunch of things. It is four-wheel drive and runs great in snow, rain and all other weather. It has a sleek and nice look to it. The radio has an import for auxiliary which I like because that I can play my iPod on it. Would be better if it had a five-disc CD changer. I like that there is a warning light when blinker lights or tail lights go out. Overall, I would buy this truck again.

The Dodge Dakota is a good vehicle for those who need a truck to haul things, but also need passenger capacity. At ten years old, the paint job is almost new with very little rusting. In the previous year, I have had no problems with starting. At this point, the vehicle is close to reaching 200,000 miles, which will naturally cause some problems to occur. Recently, I have noticed a ticking sound when the car is first started. I have had no major breakdowns. The only major repair I have had to conduct was replacing a ball joint that became broken after sliding into a curb on and icy road.
