Solid and comfortable
The 2005 S0 AWD is a solid, stable option in the compact luxury car segment. While other cars may perform better, few others care as pleasant to spend time in in the segment. In the leather trim with seat heaters, the S60 is a comfortable place to spend time. Surfaces are pleasant to the touch, without the plasticky finish found on some other cars in the compact luxury segment. The seats have a moderate amount of support, without being restrictive. Those people of taller frame, however, may find that the legroom in the drivers and forward passenger segment to be a bit tight. The back seat of the car has little to no leg room, making it a tight fit for adult passengers. The powertrain is quite sufficient to the task of moving the car down the road. The 2.5L turbo motor is quite capable of getting the car out of its own way, and is quite happy to move along at highway speeds. The AWD drivetrain is solid and well-planted, granting confidence even in poor weather. Gas mileage of around 18-21 MPG is about standard for this vehicle.

Sporty cheap winter car.
My Volvo s60 2.5t wad is amazing in the snow. Like really good, ill end up passing up trucks on hills without straining the vehicle at all, the interior is very comfortable and spacious including the back seats. the car does like to throw a lot of error messages over little likes like one of the 2 break lights are out and the trunk does not close all of the way every time.
