Used Chevrolet Lumina for Sale

I have 1999 Chevy Lumina that has 210,000 miles on it. This car runs like a champ. I get about 20 miles per gallon city. On the highway I get about 25 MPG. There was only one cup holder in the car. I installed a center CD and cup holder piece and it worked out well. I did put some money in to this car. Really nothing more than regular maintenance. My car and other Luminas I noticed have rust around the gas intake. Also my air conditioner does not work. I was quoted $700 for it to be fixed. I turned the offer down. This car has some good acceleration. It will get up and go. I do believe I have small oil leak. I also have had problems with it over heating. That got taken care of by some stop leak.

I liked the good gas mileage and the comfort from the seats while driving. I liked having a sixth seat. Having the seat allowed more people to travel with me to events. The car's cruise control helped when I drove several miles at a time. After a while the air conditioning stopped working, which made long trips during the summer miserable. The car was white so during the summer the car did not get as hot as other cars.

I bought this car as a used car and it has performed well. Due to the age of the vehicle there have been a few repairs as time has taken its toll. Despite this the vehicle has been a reliable bit of transportation. Being in Florida you always have to worry about body rust and chassis condition and the car has little body rust or damage. The engine has literally almost 200,000 miles on it and while it has had regular maintenance there has been no major repairs. It is also very economical on fuel while giving you enough power when needed. Ironically I rented one of these when it was brand new and loved it so when one became available I bought it at a good price...Just one solid piece of transportation and rides roomy and comfortable. I would buy it again in a heart beat. It is just too bad that they are not making this exact model anymore.
