The 2015 Hyundai Elantra has a sophisticated, but affordable style. The exterior is curvy and sleek. The interior is unique and sporty. It has performed well. I had heard that the lack of horsepower is an issue to some drivers. I believe it has enough get up and go to maintain safety driving in Dallas.
Story
One memorable story is that I am deaf on one side, I almost broke my turn signal because I couldn't hear it and I had already turned it on. Thank goodness it didn't break.
Pros
The top positive things include price, interior look, exterior sexiness, and gas mileage. My favorite feature is the interior blue glow at night.
Cons
After driving my car, 2000 miles, the negative things include possibly rough riding sometimes and my gas mileage indicator jumped from 50 to 0 instantly. Also, it is taking time for me to get used to using a button to open access to my gas tank. I don't like that while sitting in the driver's seat, the air vents tend to hit right at the steering wheel, blocking access to yourself personally. After adjusting everything for a bit, I have improved this but not solved it completely.

This car is incredibly quiet when driving. The engine is not heard over music, the ride is exceptionally smooth, and the outside noises are kept at a minimum. The seating is adjustable just to my liking, perfect for long or short trips, and easy to manipulate when someone else needs to drive. The leg room is phenomenal compared to my previous vehicle. There is plenty of space for a grown adult male to stretch his legs in the front seat, and for someone shorter like myself there is an abundance of leg room. There is plenty of room on the floor to store groceries, bags, or purses but with the size of the trunk that is not even necessary. At the dealership when the trunk was being shown, we all laughed in unison at the sheer size saying "You could fit three people in there". To this day, ... (more)
Story
Memorable story is not exactly fun, but a little funny in retrospect. I was driving on I-95, through a construction zone heading to a concert three hours away. I happened to hit scrap in the road left by the construction crew. Large metal scrap, that tore my driver's side front and rear tires. It messed up my alignment, tore my rim apart, and cost me $900 to fix. The most ironic part: I was ... (more)
Pros

Cons
A/C is a little slow kicking up A/C eats away at the gas in summer
