This has been an absolute wonderful car for my family. The biggest attraction to this car was being able to purchase a brand new car for $5-6k less than comparable cars on the market. Hyundai got rid of some necessary features to make this car more affordable. Some of these include no CD players, no GPS (runs off apple play or your cell phone's GPS), low profile tires, etc. We bought this car with 8 miles and now have 20k. We have properly maintained the car with regular oil changes and check ups and have had absolutely no problems with the car.
Story
My oldest son really likes this car and thinks it's cool that I have a blue car. When he was in preschool he used to see my car outside in the pickup line and say "mommy blue car!" and his teacher always knew it was time to bring him out to me.
Pros
This car gets great gas mileage, has some wonderful features, and has been consistently reliable. The car has some amazing features that you wouldn't think for the price. Leather seats, heated seats, power windows, power locks, touch screen radio, seat belt detection, automatic driver seat, cruise control, and so much more. I have 2 children under 5 so I really enjoy the drive and passenger seats being made with plastic on the back as opposed to fabric or leather. My kids are always kicking the back of our seats and the plastic makes it really easy to keep clean. The outside is always easy... (more)
Cons
Sometimes when driving on the interstate you can hear a whistling through the passenger side window at the top but I believe that is something that could easily be fixed if taken into the shop. I simply haven't because I always forget until my husband is in the car with me and mentions it. Additionally, the car isn't too fast on the take off. You can switch it to "sport" mode which does give it a little go, but it doesn't make a huge difference. Once the vehicle is going, it accelerates better; it's mostly when taking off that it is a little slow.

I upgraded from a 2004 Hyundai Accent. It gets really good gas mileage (about 450 miles for thirty bucks), and I have not had any issues with it. The standard edition does not come with Bluetooth, but it does have an auxiliary port, and I have grown used to using it. However, if you have a newer phone that does not come with a headphone jack, it could be an issue if you do not bring your adapter cable with you.
Story
The last time I had to drive from El Paso to San Antonio came with no trouble. I only had to stop once for gas, and I saved so much time and money.
Pros
The car is very spacious and has a lot of headroom for tall guys like me. It comes with an extra piece of mirror on the driver's side to help with blind spots. Really good gas mileage.
Cons
The left speaker randomly stopped working. I am not sure, and it is costing me a decent chunk of change to repair. I am probably just going to look into options to repair it. This version does not come with Bluetooth or a rear navigation camera. It is not a bad thing since I have never owned a vehicle with those options, but those are two things to watch out for in the Standard Edition.
