Overall, I have been very satisfied with my 2013 Altima. Within 6 months of owning the vehicle I hit a deer while doing 65 m/h down the interstate. Although I hit the deer in full stride, the vehicle was designed so that it did not go over the hood and into the windshield. The front end was caved in, but the solid structure of the car made it so that the most vital engine components were not damaged in any way. I was even able to drive it another half mile to a mechanic. The car was also intuitive enough not to deploy the airbags and risk more damage to the insides of the vehicle. As far as features are concerned, the base model of the vehicle has built in Bluetooth for hands-free calling and playing media over the speaker system wirelessly. The seats are very comfortable and slightly... (more)

I get great gas mileage and only have to fill up once a week AT MOST. I like the sporty look of it but it is also a family car. It has a lot of trunk space, more than you imagine a car would.
Story
My family and I enjoyed a short drive to a drive in Christmas lights show.
Pros
Drives very smooth. It has keyless start button which is convenient when in a hurry. I like the dash board and different options it has for you to display. The trunk is very big and also has a space that can open leading from the back seat to the trunk. Also has Bluetooth, making taking phone calls accessible.
Cons
I wish both back seats would fold down for those large purchases that require both seats to be down when using the trunk. While the Bluetooth is nice, it takes a while to dial someone when using the voice commands. I wish there were a 'skip' option.

I like that this car is sturdy. When driving in windy weather, this car is not easily pushed like other sedans, but it holds its on. My husband was also T-boned in this car by a Ford F-150, and the car took the hit really well, and my husband was spared much agony. After that experience, we felt very safe in it. Basic maintenance is pretty straightforward and in line with most other sedans. The engine oil reservoir and filter are where you would expect them. The brakes and rotors are accessible in the usual manner, the air filter and fluids are in the usual spots, the battery sits on top in the usual place, and the spark plugs are easily accessible on top of the engine. However, I must admit that the oil filter drips in an awkward manner because a beam is directly beneath it, so it hit... (more)
Story
The time that a local hospital discharged my husband on the day of a really bad snow storm in anticipation of new patients being admitted due to auto accidents. Being the better driver in snow, I took the wheel and navigated us all the way home through lots of hilly streets and one very slow-moving highway where cars glided over the slick roads in slow-motion like a automotive ballet. But we d... (more)
Pros
My favorite features on this vehicle is Bluetooth and GPS navigation. When I turn the car off and get back in, the song I was playing last picks up where it left off. And the GPS navigation system is great. No more killing my phone battery when driving long distance! I also love the space inside of the car. I used to have to surrender my designated front passenger seat to my husband's super tall family members and friends, but no more! There is plenty of room in the back seat. And it is pretty good on fuel.
Cons
Some things that I dislike about this car is that the turn signal lights are more difficult to get to than usual, the oil filter drips in an awkward way when changing it with the oil, and the navigation system costs over $100 a year to update with the latest road map information.
