2016 Nissan Altima - A great upgrade
A couple years ago, I stepped out of my comfort zone and financed to own a Nissan Altima and, boy, was I impressed. Coming from a family of Honda and Acura vehicles, I was very hesitant to change car brands, but once I went on a road test, I was sold. There was something about the new design of this car that made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was sitting on my couch while driving. It was definitely a change for the best! I have already recommended to it three different people that ending up either purchasing , financing or leasing a Nissan vehicle. All of them agreeing with the change of experience with Nissan.
Story
When I first bought the car, I would take joy rides to different towns just because of hoe comfortable the vehicle was to drive and ride in.
Pros
A few of the positive things the Nissan has offered was the safety features, being a family car that is number one importance to me. Second great feature is the comfort. Not only does it feel like I am sitting on my couch driving the vehicle, but the space between the seats and in the back make it so comfortable. I mean leg room for days and space between car seats where kids aren't complaining. The also updated the vehicles with features like the back-up camera, steering wheel controls, seat warmers and remote starters all within a cheap price limit. Cons
A couple things at the moment that are cons to me is the delay for light turn off. I feel like it takes way too long for them to shut down when you get out of the vehicle. I am always worried about the battery due to this feature. Another issue I have and, it's my personal own issue, is getting used to the size of the vehicle. I feel like it's a little on the wider side, so sometimes I am worried about parking. Am I too close or too far from the curb or another car?
2016 Nissan Altima - Safe, sporty and sexy.
When you first glance at the 2016 Nissan Altima, you first notice the beautiful curves, shiny paint, and sleek appearance. By just looking at the vehicle you automatically want to get inside of it. Once you open the door you are pleasantly surprised with how much room there is in every seat of the car. Getting in and getting comfortable is extremely easy to do and provides just enough softness in the seats along with all of the support you need, no matter who you are. As far as driving the vehicle, it is amazing. It speeds up with barely any pressure on the gas pedal and stops completely with the slightest pressure on the break peddle. Story
I was with my sister leaving a restaurant and was parked in an open field because the parking lot was full when we arrived. I jokingly stated that I was about to speed off and go off-roading. I pressed the gas and we went flying over a dip that I did not see in the field. We landed with a hard stop and could not stop laughing. Pros
My favorite things about the 2016 Nissan Altima are definitely the comfort that the seats provide. It feels like that seat was made for you. I have driven cross county in this car, while suffering from chronic back pain, and I have had absolutely no issues with comfort. You honestly could probably sleep in this car with no issues. My other favorite thing about the car is how beautiful it is. I get compliments all of the time and genuinely enjoy looking back at my car with pride every single time I get out of it.
Cons
I have only one downside to this vehicle, and that would have to be the blind spots that are in the back corners when reversing. However, those issues are easily solved with the backup camera that is included. I have never felt unsafe or been in an accident.
