The 2017 Cruze is more efficient than the 2014 Cruze that it replaced; however, it is a much lower quality vehicle overall. Interior quality has been cheapened and also it feels much more plastic than the generation that it replaced. The seats are less supportive and comfortable than the previous model as well. Sticker price is higher than the previous model, and it does not feel like you are getting the same amount of options as you would have received in the previous model. As far as fuel economy, the new model beats the older model by about five mpg. That is the best part about the vehicle. However, I have had multiple issues with receiving a check engine light and having to take the vehicle in for service with just over one year of ownership. All in all, when the Cruze is actually running and not spending time at the dealership for service, I enjoy driving the vehicle. However, I would much rather have a vehicle that does not have so many maintenance issues and would be more reliable. I do not recommend the Cruze to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, both for quality and value for the money reasons.

The quality of the car is superb but one thing I dislike most is the tail light.
