2014 Ford E-250 - A good family car. The Ford Econoline Van production discontinued after 2014 and was limited to the cutaway cab and stripped chassis. Since 1960, Ford Econoline vans were the top-selling vans in the United States, and they came in four generations. About

Interior and exterior are perfectly designed. Car was ok, but service department is extremely poor. Staff not courteous or accountable, dealership not concerned about losing any customers because 'they line up everyday'. Awesome 7.3 gasoline engine Not unusual for most cargo vans to run up to 300,000 miles, but that's with commercial use. I think 250,000 miles is pretty realistic IMO.
Story
The best time to visit Texas is in early spring, between late March and April. Winter's chill is gone throughout much of the state, the wildflowers are in bloom, and summer's scorching temperatures haven't arrived yet.
Pros
Empty an E150 will ride much better than an E250, but by the time you install everything involved with a camper conversion the E150 will be overloaded. In contrast the E250 will now ride better and the heavier suspension and larger brakes will make the handling and stopping better.
Cons
Transmission fluid leaks from the front of the transmission bell housing. Rough running engine and possible check engine light. Engine oil leaks from cylinder head area. Loud popping noise and misfire experienced. Front end may make rattle noise over bumps, handling issues.

This is very rugged vehicle. It has 102000 miles on it and the engine is very solid. I would not hesitate to drive it across country and back. The only issue I have had was I needed to replace the battery twice, and only replace one fuse. Nugget: I carpeted the back and put a bed in it to use for camping.
Story
I used it as a camper and really enjoyed it. I have used it in local campgrounds and only had to pay for a regular tent site since I used the van itself to sleep in.
Pros
I love the solid engine, and besides the battery it has never failed to start for me. Even in a very cold winter it never failed. I love all the room I have in the front. I have many storage space besides the glove box to keep paperwork and other such small items. The cargo space is amazing. I can easily haul many items including furniture such as a couch or even a full dinette set. The tires are also in excellent shape.
Cons
My only issue was I have had to buy a new battery on two different occasions. However my guess is that, this probably happened due to the fact that I have an inverter installed so the van can run 120 volts devices within the vehicle. My other negative thought on this vehicle is that it started to rust and spread extremely fast. I now do have holes in the cargo area even after attempting to repair the rust. There is also absolutely no power windows or locks. Everything is manual.

This Ford truck is an oldy but goody. No electronics on it, so it's easy to work on. It's got wonderful fake plastic seats that seem to hold up to the weather. It is from 1982 and has no cracks in it. We use this truck at a small farm. This truck hauls water and lumber with equal ease. It can go in the snow because of the weight of the truck. Easy to use and work on. Parts can be found just about anywhere for this truck. Because it is so easy to use, a lot of them used to be on the road. Easy to change the oil and transmission fluids yourself, so it saves money there for you too. Now that most vehicles are all electronic, it feels wonderful! Even my wife is able to drive it and work on it! Granted, she needs a step stool to get in it, but she can make it work! You should give this vehi... (more)
Story
I love big trucks! I just love to ride around in it and look down at the road!
Pros
The fact that it is dependable and so easy to work on. Very reliable vehicle.
Cons
It is quite large. If you are a woman, it can be difficult to get into the truck on your own.
