Used Ford Escort for Sale

When I bought this car, it already had over 100k miles on it, so I wasn't expecting it to drive like a dream. And while it wasn't a nightmare, it fell somewhere in between. The check engine light stayed on, the oil pan dripped, and the air conditioning was constantly glitching on me. Funny thing is, it would always work in the winter, when I needed it the least. Also, I was constantly having to put water in it, to keep the radiator from overheating. It did get great gas mileage, and as far as aesthetics go, it was a nice looking car. It was very roomy and was comfortable to ride in. It came with a nice stereo and speakers, along with a sub woofer. As a music lover, this was my favorite aspect of the car. It lasted several years, before I finally traded it in for another car. But while I had it, the car did treat me well. I never broke down or anything. It was just that I had to do a lot to keep that from happening. Towards the end, it developed a shake, when I reached speeds higher than 60 mph. The faster I'd go, the worse it would shake. Needless to say, I didn't get on the interstate too much. I've known people who had Ford Escorts and they told me that they were very good cars. I guess I just happened to buy one that had been rode hard and put away wet.

The car itself was a great, reliable vehicle. It was the perfect car for my college years and traversing the six-hour drive from home to school.

By the time I had gotten this vehicle it was already 10 years old, but it drove like a charm. From the first day I put my hands on the wheel I knew it would be my favorite car. It was a black sedan so I never really had to worry about someone staining it or the mud when it rained. Just driving it was fun because it could make turns that no other car I have driven in can make. It was also a young enough car that I could change the radio unlike my 1995 Toyota. I upgraded it to a radio that had a usb and jack that I could play my music on instead of listening to the radio. The car was great until it started having engine problems. This is where I began to get heartbroken because we kept trying to fix it but nothing could be done. The car was special even though it was hanging by wires it still drove smoothly and got you where you needed to go before it would break down again. It was also very good on gas which help my wallet out a lot when I was in high school.
