I have owned this Ford E-150 for several years and am very satisfied with the quality of the vehicle. I have had only 2 minor repairs and one major repair since over the past 7 years. My cost of ownership has been incredibly low, and if the need to purchase a new or even a second one arises I would not hesitate to purchase a similar model again.
Title
Aside from the work it has done for me, this van has allowed me to furnish my entire home with 2 cross-county trips. My girlfriend was amazed at the capacity of this beast and also my skill at using it to the fullest. Having spent most of the day driving the van and loading/unloading we were both still very comfortable in our seats the entire trip.
Pros
Adequate size, and ease of accessibility. Affordable, maintenance is easy and has excellent reliability. Forward and side visibility are excellent. Ride height and clearance are where they should be. Climate control is excellent even in extreme conditions. Controls are within reach and familiar. Plenty of cup holders for two occupants. Repairs are easy and affordable if needed.
Cons
The gas mileage is dismal at best. It is mostly underpowered and steering response is sluggish. Suspension is rough and sway is scary at times. Wind and road noise can be harsh and the factory sound system can barely drown it out at highway speeds.

I love the big body of the car. Everything is boxed off and angular. The cab of the vehicle is very spacious and the dash board lights up wonderfully. Handling the truck is straight forward. It is an eye catching truck. The color I have is silver and the trim silver metallic. The seats are comfortable. The wheels can face any terrain and the suspension makes the ride enjoyable. I love that my hub caps have the Ford logo on each wheel. My most favorite feature is the caplets gas opening, nothing to screw off, just put the gas nozzle right in. Another feature I enjoy are the side mirrors. There are two mirrors in each frame. One lets you view things up close and removes many blind spots that come with riding in a large truck. What I don't like about the truck is the gas economy. I love t... (more)

I love the comments people offer. They call it a Lexus of trucks. Flashy! My most enjoyable moment was when a friend told me that I am going to become spoiled driving the truck.
Pros
Favorite things about the truck is the capless gas entry and the flashiness of the truck. I also really enjoy the spaciousness of the cab and the way the dash board lights up brilliantly.
Cons
The most unlikable features is that the truck is difficult to maneuver in tight places do to the height of the hood. It's difficult to see how close or far you are away from the curb. Making tight turns are difficult, more difficult than a previous truck I owned of similar size. The last thing is the gas economy, not good at all. I also don't like that the interface in the truck is not touch screen. I have to search for buttons that correlate with the menu on the interface.

I bought this van after a long search for an affordable reliable vehicle for my family of 6. We had been driving in a Ford Taurus. Then we had a 4th baby and knew we had to upgrade. I spent some time researching vans prior to getting this one. I wanted a van that was large, comfortable, affordable, and reliable. The Ford Econoline met all of these qualifications. There is a reason you see a bunch of these vans on the road. Unlike the "mini"-van, these vans are roomy and spacious. I am going to have four teenagers at some point in time and they will have long legs. The econoline is perfect. No one is cramped. Everyone has their own space. The kids love the interior lights and they also love the window shades and the ability to block out the sun. I drive this baby everywhe... (more)

There was a thunderstorm that brought in a cold front. We were at an outdoor event. I had a bunch of kids clothes in a small plastic dresser in the rear. I had enough long sleeve kids shirts to help all the church kids.
Pros
Comfortable to drive Reliable engine Low cost for mechanical problems Interior lights Plenty of room for a bunch of kids AFFORDABLE! Surprisingly easy to maneuver
Cons
Still have a tape player (I've never had a CD player!) Does not look "cool" Takes a while to get used to how long it is.
