I have owned this van as the first owner for about five years at this point. I have 30,000 miles on it, and it is handicap accessible from the Rolex company in Minnesota. I bought this sight unseen over the phone, and it has modifications for a wheelchair. It's the Tuscany package which was supposed to offer "fantastic" overhead lighting, wood interior dash, leather seats, and a DVD player in the roof. Overall, the Ford van is a wonderful vehicle if you need to take a wheelchair and walkers, standers, and other equipment due to the large space. It's dependable and a pretty blue color.
Story
It's sandy here on the beach, and our new rescue dog tracked sand into the van after playing in the surf for the first time. Then he tried to eat it!
Pros
The Tuscany seats are heated and offer a comfortable ride. The suspension is enough to handle the bumps on the roughest highway near us. Headlights offer lighting in the dark to an excellent degree. The engine itself is heavy enough to help tow jet skis and a boat when needed. It can respond to my heavy foot when I need a jump in traffic too. The amount of gas it takes is reasonable compared to the vehicle size. The back rear bench seat is large and folds into a couch.
Cons
The cons of this van are the noisy conversion due to the lift. The cage rattles non-stop and is something we have learned to ignore. The Tuscany leather seats are " fake leather" and have peeled off. The wood dash is plastic. Typical Ford vans without this conversion package have no issues with fake leather or fake wood as this is my second Ford Van E150. The tires that came on the van needed to be changed to a better performing set. When towing I had to be careful not to go over mountains like I-77 in WV. That's how my other van became the owner of a new transmission.

My vehicle is a Ford F-150 four door cab with extended 6' bed. I liked its EcoBoost feature which helps me save on gas mileage and fuel consumption. I liked how roomy the interior was, both in the front and back seat. There is ample leg room for passengers in the back and the middle seat is full sized - not a miniseat. The interior is well designed and I liked Ford's new navigation and sound systems. I liked that it had a rear view camera built in and adjustable mirrors. The mirrors are quite large which are good for towing my boat, but because they are so large I worry about them when parking. I have to remember to put them in, especially when going into a parking garage.
Story
In the first week I had this truck, I used it to haul landscaping waste to our local yard waste facility, then hauled furniture around for my brother-in-law, and then towed my boat to the lake. I felt like I really had a work truck!
Pros
Nice, roomy interior. Extended bed option. It has a built-in fold-down step from the tailgate with a pole to help support you to climb into the step. I lovingly refer to that feature as the "old man's step" but it really is a high truck off the ground and a needed feature. I like how high I sit compared to other cars on the road.
Cons
It is extremely tall and hard for other people to get into the truck, especially my grandma and putting my baby in her car seat. The cost. It is an expensive truck. The stock floor mats were not that good, especially when it's a truck... they should not come with carpeted floor mats. The navigation system is not that easy to learn.
