I've been driving a 2014 Mazda 3 itouring Sedan, and it is one of the best cars I've ever driven. What strikes one first is its sporty looks. The car is Soul Metallic Red, and it is stunning. It shines even when I haven't had the chance to get it to the car wash for awhile. It is definitely a car you notice on the road, and I can find it easily even when I've forgotten where I parked it in the mall! The interior is black cloth and super-comfortable. If I spill something, it wipes clean and stays clean! But, of course, looks aren't everything! The car is smooth to ride, whether changing lanes or accelerating, one feels like a driving pro! One of the biggest draws of this car is the safety features, including the rear back-up camera, and the blind spot warning signals and beeps ... (more)
Story
I live near the water, and when I bought it, I drove with my friend all around our neighborhood with the windows open, feeling the breeze from the water, radio blasting. The best way to "break in" the car.
Pros
Its looks - beautiful color and sport Its safety features - back-up camera and blind-spot warning Its fuel efficiency
Cons
There are not too many cons to mention. However, I had one issue where my car battery was drained (this was my fault because I left something plugged in overnight). I had a pair of jumper cables in my trunk... but I was unable to open it. It could only be opened by pushing the electronic button. I checked the manual to see if there was an alternate way to open, and even called the service department at my Mazda dealership, and there was no possible way to get that trunk open. I now have to keep my jumper cables under my seat. The panel/tablet for the Navigation system, radio, etc. is... (more)

This car has a lot of recalls and a lot of issues. I bought the 2014 Mazda3 Sport and, so far, all I have are recalls and time wasted. First, I had a recall on the engine oil and container that might contain less than EPA regulations which would cause the car to catch on fire. The second recall was for the gas tank that might have been made one of the faulty tanks that has a hole in it. The third was the wind shield liquid might have been faulty and contain less than EPA regulations. I swear this entire car is like it's made less than something. It has good gas mileage and drives real well, though. But, for this price, I wonder if it was a good deal.
Story
I was at work when snow slammed us at noon. By four PM, everybody without a truck couldn't get out of the parking lot. I turned on the anti-lock and drove out like nothing. It stuck a bit, but I drove it in reverse and forward, and I was home while everyone else was waiting for a plow.
Pros
The car as good mileage. I can drive an hour to and from work and only fill up once a week. It feels good because the car is sticky and can turn curves like nothing. It works well in the rain and snow. It can't stop on a dime, but the traction makes sure you don't hydroplane or slide. It's small, so it's easy to slide in and out of lanes in traffic.
Cons
Lots of recalls and the trunk is a bit small. The seat is uncomfortable, so you'll have to put a leather cover or something over it. Just remember that this car is really low so back off or you'll scrape the sidewalk while parking.
