2003 Chevy Impala, good, bad and very ugly
Chevy 2003 Impala is a very spacious car with lots of room, a huge trunk, a quiet engine and lots of power. This is definitely a luxury car of your dreams, if you're from 2003. The car itself has a ton of nice features, and with these features, some were implemented to be innovative and they do not do the car any justice, in fact a lot of features end up hurting the car. With regular maintenance, the car hit 120,000 miles with little to no problems. After the car starts hitting higher miles, that's where the real problems start. It is a known issue that this particular model has problems with the gaskets cracking and the car overheating uncontrollably. Well, this happening is almost unavoidable in the car and you're considered lucky if it never happens, but if it does, it is a very expensive fix and requires a lot of time and effort. There seem to also be an unfix-able issue with the electronics, as the gas gauge early since early on does not correctly read the gas correctly at lower levels and this can cause major issues.

I Love This Car
This car was purchased after my first vehicle died. I was in desperate need of a car for my family of two, found this one available through a local dealer, and jumped on it. The first time I laid eyes on her, I knew she was going to be a great car. Since then (approximately five years now), she's taken me half-way across the country three times and moved me and my family from the Midwest to the East Coast.
