I have really enjoyed my Ford Edge, especially the Limited package. The leather seats are wider than I expected and the heating option works well for when I am chilly. I love that the remote start can be set to 3 different run times and you can also preset your thermostat. I usually have my thermostat set to auto so the car does the thinking for me. I live in Texas so any time the temp drops below 60, I think I need to have the car set to 80!!! Now I can have that all preset and ready to go when I get in the car. I like the eco-boost 6 cylinder engine. It gets up and goes when I need it to with out any lag. It did take me a while to figure out I don't have to push the pedal to the floor to get up and around slower vehicles.
Story
Since it gets pretty dang hot here in Texas we don't always get out and star gaze. The vista roof makes it so easy. Just open the cover, lean the seats back and enjoy the almost panoramic view of the skies. All while enjoying the cold AC!
Pros
Vista Roof views are the best and the main roof opens past the two front seats. The brown leather really goes nice with the wood grain on the dash. I really enjoy listening to my SiruisXM radio and utilizing the rear view camera. Having the right side of the instrument cluster match the MyFord touch screen is an added bonus. I rarely take my hands off the steering wheel now.
Cons
The rear view camera gets dirty easily. I know they are constantly upgrading back up cameras in cars, so I am sure they have better options out there now. However, it is annoying to have to clean it every other week depending on the road conditions. Also, the sensors detecting cross traffic are a bit sensitive. I work on a busy road so every time I put the car in reverse it picks up the cars on the road. But I guess it is all in the name of safety and it does make me look every time.

The Ford Edge Limited came with all of the bells and whistles that we wanted. It is a mid-size SUV which came with remote start, rear view camera, mirror sensors, climate control system, etc. There was the option to save my seat settings as well as my husband's which could be accessed by the touch of a button and included the adjustment of the power rear view mirrors. The remote start option is awesome to kick start the heater in the cabin on cold days as well as cooling down the cabin on hot days. Less I forget, there is also a seat warmer for both the driver and front passenger. Overall, the vehicle handles and accelerates well and eliminates most noise from the outside.
Story
We have driven this car all over the place, from Texas to Louisiana to Florida and more. It has provided comfortable travel not only for me and my spouse, but others who have occasionally accompanied us.
Pros
The best things about this vehicle is the fact that it is an SUV which is great for me in that it lessen the stress on my knees getting in and out of the vehicle. I love the remote start option as well as the option of saving my seat settings. I also love that the Bluetooth connections are saved for me and my spouse and that it automatically connects my phone or his depending on who is using the vehicle. If we are in the car at the same time, the Bluetooth connects to the primary driver.
Cons
The things I dislike most about the vehicle is the fact that it is very difficult to see through the back window when you need to back up, and the rear camera does not always work well.
