I drive this car roughly 250 miles a week between work and classes, and after 3 months it still rides like it's brand new. I stop for gas a little less than once a week with use on both highways and in stop-and-go traffic. The engine is extremely quiet, and when the windows are rolled up it's a near silent ride. The trunk is surprisingly spacious, enough to contain my backpack, my friend's backpacks, plus anything else we might have with us. The interior is a sleek and stylish black. The seats are upholstered and yet are easily cleaned and don't hold on to foul odors (e.g. cigarette smoke).
Story
One night, when four of my friends and I were back home together for the summer, we decided that our legs were too tired to continue walking around the block looking for something to do. After some debating, we all piled into my car (since it was the newest) and go down this long stretch of road that runs right along the oceanside. We had the windows rolled down, music blasting, and we zipped ... (more)
Pros
The interior design is simple, yet efficient. The seats are incredibly comfortable, and it's quick and easy to adjust the driver's seat to the perfect height and proximity to the wheel/pedals. The audio panel in the dashboard is easy to navigate even while driving. Also, it might be a compact car but I've had no problem driving it in inclement weather; large puddles and slippery roads are not an issue!
Cons
My main and only complaint for this car is the fact that on the highway it starts to become affected by wind resistance once you hit 80+ MPH. In high winds it's pushed around a little bit, but thankfully not enough to cause safety issues for myself or other drivers.

2016 Ford Fiesta - It's a car that fits me.

Overall, I feel like the Ford Fiesta 2016 really fits my personality. I enjoy the "ride" of the vehicle; it's relaxing quiet and accelerates quickly. My previous vehicle was also a hatchback fuel-efficient car, but the Fiesta I have now is more responsive when I accelerate the gas pedal. The quality is simple, yet sturdy, and it fits my needs perfectly. A friend of mine has told me that the Fiestas are sometimes used in showrooms for car shows as a type of "sporty" car, so this influenced my decision to buy the vehicle.
Story
I wanted the vehicle to look more "sporty" initially after I purchased it, so I bought some side paint strips for it off of the Ford website and a specific detail shop in Wharton County, Texas put them on for me. The workers there gave me rides back to my house and were very friendly. They also told me that I had a "neat little car."
Pros
The vehicle only had around 20 miles when I purchased it, although it was used. It still had the new car smell. It came with a sunroof, which I thought was a bonus, since the car was already in good shape. The rims look very "sporty", with black trim, which matches the shadow black color of the vehicle. The "ride" of the vehicle is the best part—smooth, relaxing, and accelerates quickly. I also enjoy the blue lights in the interior of the vehicle that glow at night.
Cons
The car did not come with window tint, so I had to buy this separately. The controls on the panel for the menu mode can be kind of confusing in navigating, so a touchscreen would have been better in the car. The back seats are a bit cramped, so the vehicle is not for a big family.
