The Transit Connect is a great compact cargo van. The leg room up front for the driver and passenger is more than plentiful. Everything is easily reached, short or tall, and the cargo netted area above the windshield is wonderful for storing items out of the way. The seats are quite comfortable even on long rides. To date very minimal maintenance has been needed after owning for over a year, simple common wear items such as wipers. Gas mileage has been very consistent over the past year, roughly 23 to 25 miles per gallon depending on highway versus in town driving. For a 4cyl vehicle it has plenty of get up and go when its needed. Not a fan of the interior dash area, feels too long and not a personal favorite. Would not want to drive as a personal vehicle, but as a work cargo van it serves its purpose, drives well, and is very comfortable. If deciding to purchase this type of vehicle again the only change I would make would be to have the side windows instead of the solid panel, the solid panel has a horrible blind spot when trying to back out of parking areas. Overall great mini cargo van that seems small but is way more than it appears.
