This vehicle is great for big families. There is a third row that can be dropped down if you need to load up a lot of groceries or kids' items traveling to and from school or sports. The seats are very comfortable, durable, and easy to clean. I haven't experienced any issues with this vehicle, and we are just past 100k miles already. It is a smooth ride and easy to handle. I haven't experienced any issues with the electronic components in the vehicle, which is great as it is already ten years old. The audio controls are on the steering wheel which makes it easy to change up the music without taking focus off of the road. There are heated door mirrors and rear window with a wiper which is great for those cold, misty mornings. The side step is excellent for small kids getting in and out ... (more)
Story
During football season, we would drop down the third row seats and pile in the back to watch the games.
Pros
Plenty of space. Drop down second and third row seating. Front and rear A/C controls. Audio controls on steering wheel. Side step.
Cons
Gas. No automatic locks when shifting in/out of drive and park. No separate option to unlock gas door while other doors remain locked.

I recently purchased a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder with 70,000 miles. I purchased the vehicle because we blended families and I needed something big enough for everyone to fit in. It is very roomy on the inside, even in the smaller third row of seating. It has a comfortable interior, with pleather seats that are easily cleaned. It is also easy to remove or adjust seating to make room to haul bigger items. The ride is very smooth, however when speeds exceed 65, I feel like I don't have very much control.
Story
When the kids are getting on each others nerves, it is very nice to be able to separate them into their own areas.
Pros
As stated before, the roominess of the vehicle is definitely a positive. It was hard to find a vehicle that had third row seating that wasn't a mini van, which I definitely did not want. The seats are adjustable, depending on what you are carrying, and it is very easy to manipulate them. Every seating areas has cup holders and the middle row has fold down areas where kids can store items, which keeps a lot of loose things from floating around the car. The seat are very comfortable, even in the third row, where the space is a little more restricted, and all of the seating areas offer a smoo... (more)
Cons
I had not had the car for very long when the air conditioning system quit working. I have also had to fix the Ujoint twice. This doesn't seem too unreasonable since the car is 10 years old, but I had a Toyota Camry before this that I didn't have to repair anything on in the 18 years that I owned it. The gas mileage is also horrible. It doesn't handle very well when speeds exceed 65, but up until then it easy to maneuver.
