This is the best car I've ever owned - it is well-built and extremely quiet when driving, even at higher speeds. I've never had a problem with the car and have just done normal maintenance like oil changes. The hybrid engine is great, getting 40+ mph and performing really well (acceleration, etc.). Keypad entry makes my life a lot easier, and it is fun to drive. It's not flashy but more stylish, and I love the leather seats. The navigation screen is great, just the right size.
Story
People often look twice at the car when it is in battery mode, because it's so quiet, and they don't expect it to be in battery mode as much as it is.
Pros
This hybrid has a decoupled engine, so that even when the brake isn't engaged, it can still be in battery mode (many other hybrids require the brake to be pressed in order to be on battery). Additionally, the environmental systems (heat, air conditioning) work even in battery mode; again, many other hybrids don't work this way and the A/C will stop when the car is in battery mode! It's also very comfortable, lots of room - and people said it retained the new car smell for a very long time (over a year!). My favorite feature is the keypad entry, so convenient for going running, etc.
Cons
The doors on this car open pretty wide, so in narrow parking situations, it can be hard to get in and out. Also, the navigation system is difficult to use (using an app on the phone works better).

I love my Hybrid Fusion, I had a Fusion before that which I loved, but the Hybrid has made my day. The car is definitely affordable, my payment was with average credit and is under $300 a month. I got the loaded version, so I have a sunroof, leather, Sync, heated seats, and much more. The leather has held up well in this car even with a kid. The best feature about the Hybrid is the gas mileage. I can go all week back and forth to work with a commute and not have to fill up, it is amazing. I have had to do zero maintenance on it, except for oil changes and I have about 35,000 miles on it. It is fun to drive, it handles well, it is a great car in the rain or the snow. My only problem is that with a car seat in the back, it is a tight squeeze for my husband who is 6'3, he can't pu... (more)
Story
We drove our daughter home in this car a few weeks ago, she was born 7 weeks early, so it was a special ride that we took in the car.
Pros
My favorite feature of my Hybrid is the Sync feature. I can run my cell phone through it, it picks up all the music off of my phone and I am totally hands free. When I needed the system updated, I just went to the dealer and they did it for me for free. I am also impressed with the handling of this car, it really is good in the snow and I live in Michigan, so we get a lot generally followed by ice, so you need to have something that handles well. It also is extremely reliable, my last Fusion I had I never did any work too and I turned it in at about 75,000 miles. This car is at 35,000... (more)
Cons
I only have a few minor issues with my Fusion Hybrid. You will find that the car is small for a sedan, and I have a husband that is 6'3. So, when we put the car seat in the car, my husband can't put his seat all the way back if we want to put the car seat in the middle. I also found that the car seat latches are buried in the back seat and you really have to dig for them, which makes it hard. Other than that, I have been thoroughly impressed with my Fusion, it works really well and I like the safety, reliability, and the security that this vehicle provides when I am driving my daughter...
