Great car for those trying to save some money on gas. The battery is a great addition that, once you get used to it, can save you miles of gas expenditure. The car is comfortable, and I love the thrill of barely pressing the gas in order to utilize the battery. It's almost like a competitive skill I'm building. It's fun! The car is very smooth and handles well. It feels luxurious without fronting the price tag of a luxury car. It is the best car I have ever owned. The car is a orangish red color that I think is very unique. It stands out in a parking lot without being obnoxious and has a very sporty feel to it. The car is spacious enough for my family, but the trunk is a small let down. It is not very big, and I cannot fit large items in it for transportation. My model has heated seats... (more)
Story
There is one street in my town that I can drive the whole length on just battery.
Pros
Good on gas, comfortable, fun to drive, and sporty.
Cons
Not a lot of get up and go. Potentially short battery life. Small trunk.

I really enjoy driving my Fusion Hybrid because it handles nicely in commuter traffic and it is just my size - neither too big nor too small. It has a very sleek and sporty look. It has the power I need to pull out into traffic when necessary. The seats adjust to accommodate my short legs and the side view mirrors have the blind spot feature. Those things are important to me as I maneuver in traffic.
Story
After we got the car, my grown children had to do a double-take look at it as they couldn't believe their mom had gotten such a "cool" car.
Pros
I like the real time monitoring for fuel consumption and performance. The built in GPS is very handy and fairly user friendly. The heated seat feature is one that I thought I would not use (I live in Florida) but it is very nice in the mornings in January and February. There is ample leg room in the back seat for groceries or other shopping items. The glove box is roomy with ample storage for registration and maps.
Cons
The defroster, both front and rear, seem to take a long time to clear the windows but that is common in Ford vehicles. The center console between driver and passenger front seats is shaped oddly and does not have as much room as I would like for storage.
