The Astro has a lot of space for my family of six. We don't have to try to fit in a small car, just to find that two of us have to stay home. It is very comfortable and has many great attributes. There is heating and cooling in the back, as well as the front. There are cup holders virtually everywhere. The Astro also has a good amount of power. The only downside is that it uses a lot of gas while traveling in town. On the other hand, it makes really good mileage on the highway. There are enough speakers in the van to let everyone hear the music. It's kind of rough on bumps and pot holes, because of the size of the van. It also catches the wind and pushes you a little more than in a smaller car.
Story
My family and I took the Astro camping. We set up tents, laid out sleeping bags, and made a fire pit. We spent the rest of the day fishing. In the evening, we ate dinner and retired to our tents. During the night, coyotes came into the camp to say hello. It scared my kids enough that they talked me into letting everyone sleep in the van. We couldn't have even taken this trip, let alone have ev... (more)
Pros
Space, heating and cooling through out the vehicle, places to set your drinks, powerful engine, good fuel highway mileage, enough speakers for everyone to enjoy music.
Cons
Poor city gas mileage, rough on bumps and pot holes, High profile body that gets pushed by the wind more than a smaller vehicle.

I love this truck. It has the speed and pickup to get through these New Jersey winters, as well as four-wheel drive. It currently has over 200K miles on it and starts right up every time. Routine maintenance is a must to keep this truck on the road.
Story
When everyone else was snowed-in this past winter, I just hopped into my Chevy and pulled right out of my spot due to its four-wheel drive.
Pros
Powerful vehicle. It has a v6 engine, and I currently drive it 80 miles each day to and from work. It never gave me a problem. It has a nice interior with plenty of room. A/C works great for the hot summer days as well as the heater for the winter months. Love the handling as well as the HUD. The parts for replacing things on the car is cheap since it is American made.
Cons
I do wish this car came in leather as opposed to the regular trim I have. It does take a little bit of time to warm up in the winter due to its large engine size. It is a bit of a gas guzzler, but that's what you expect from a large V6. I wish they sold more aftermarket parts for the car as opposed to only from the factory.
