I would not buy this car again. We have had all kinds of problems with the A/C, motor mounts and back hatch door. Some of the problems were fixed under to warranty. I do not drive the car very much and the warranty ran out because of time, not miles, so I have a car that has 40K miles and the A/C died. Since the warranty had expired, we had to pay a lot of money to have the A/C fixed. We have a 1998 Toyota Camry which has never had any A/C problems. It is actually cold in the Camry during a very hot summer day. I would not buy this car again. How does the A/C just die when the car has 40K miles? It cost us thousands to fix the A/C.

Love this car with a large family. The third row seating is a must. Anyone with a lot of gear to travel with this is a must. Will fit 7-8 people comfortably. Will also have room for some stuff with that many people. Nice vehicle great ride. Love having the jump drive option for music. Have to be careful about the size of the drive too large and it will reset and start back from the beginning.
Story
Great for moving things. Great for travelling with lots of stuff.
Pros
Third row seating the foldable third row so that you can pack more. My 3 children can fit comfortably in the middle row. Many options for music without paying for satellite.
Cons
The head rests you can not attach anything to them. Wish it had the hard drive to load the music onto. Wish it had blue tooth capability. People in the 3rd row have to be small. Wish it had the door lock like the Equinox that you hit a button when needed and can have it off when not needed. Needs to be able to remove second row if need to for cleaning or moving. Occasionally the radio shuts off and then will turn back on and start you off on the music where ever you were when you turned the car on the first time.

I really like how this car is a combination of "mom car" and is also fairly rugged. I use this car to transport my son, but I also use it to go on some backroads to deliver meals to sick or elderly people. The car is comfortable and entertaining (built-in DVD player) enough for my 2 year old, but able to handle a road that is half washed out.
Story
During the flood in October, one of the roads I was going down was flooded. A police officer had blocked the road, and I said that I was delivering a meal down the way, about a mile. The policeman shrugged and said that I could give it a try. I did. It was a little hairy, but we forded the river/road and delivered the meal. I was pretty proud we had managed.
Pros
I like that the car feels sturdy and safe when I drive it, and I've literally never had a major problem with it. The maintenance on it is pretty inexpensive, and a lot of it can be handled by a reasonably handy non-professional. I like the remote start on the car---it's nice in both summer and winter. I also like how spacious the trunk space is. I have various livestock and I can fit a stroller and several sacks of feed in it, and still have the two captains chairs for people to sit in.
Cons
My only complaints about it are that it runs through a fair amount of gas, and I don't drive a lot. My other complaint is, and some people might view this as a positive, that there are double sun roofs. I don't like sun roofs. I think they are a neat novelty when you purchase the car, but the fast track to skin cancer the rest of the time. The shades to cover the sun roofs are kind of flimsy and I find them a little alarming.
