Speed and emotion.
This vehicle is great. I have many vehicles, and this is one of the most complete and useful that exist. It has a large space in the back where you can place all kinds of objects or things to transport. Its presentation: it is fascinating and very elegant.

Great multi-purpose truck with amenities!
The Chevy Silverado has the classic and stylish look and feel everyone associates with Chevrolet. It's very comfortable and rides much more like an SUV than like a work truck. With the crew cab, there's a great deal of room for passengers and/or gear. The V8 has a great deal of power, especially when towing our camper. After three years and 35,000 miles, I've had no repairs and only regular preventive maintenance. My wife is quite comfortable driving this truck and even towing in it. I've been very pleased averaging over 17 miles per gallon on the interstate even traveling regularly at 75 miles per hour. Mileage is not quite so good around town, more like 15 miles per gallon. Another great feature of today's technology was the ability to work directly with the dealership's Internet Sales Manager. All negotiations were done on line which resulted in limited time in the dealership. This is my third Chevrolet to own, and I've enjoyed all three, especially this Silverado and our last Trailblazer.

Great for hauling hay and gets me where I need to go
I have never owned a truck before so this has been my first one. It took a bit to get used to but overall, I can't complain. What I like about it is that it has a long box so it is great for hauling hay for my horses and drives well out in the pasture. The steering is above average and the truck's acceleration, braking and handling is smooth and not jerky in the slightest, even out in the pasture. I like the bright red color of the truck. The truck is very comfortable and I am not cramped at all. I mainly use this truck for hauling hay and for some errands outside of the area where I live, it is not my main vehicle. As far as repairs go, I had to get a new battery plus spark plugs, other than that, no problems. The repair costs have been very minimal so I have been pleased about that. I think the Silverado is one of the best trucks on the market at the present time. The gas mileage is average, nothing to write home about.
