Nice Little Car.
I bought the car used and it has been very reliable. I have had a few minor issues with the vehicle. There is a small oil leak coming from somewhere I can't quite figure out. An exhaust gasket blew. Also an issue with the suspension causing my tires to bald faster than normal. All in all, these issues were to be expected as the car aged. The trim is sleek and is relatively comfortable besides backseat leg room. Trunk space is adequate. Gas mileage is really what I love about this car. It gets over thirty miles to a gallon.

Practical Choice
I have driven my Chevy Aveo for 5 years now (it is a 7 year old car). It is not especially attractive or comfortable, but it definitely gets the job done. The only issues I've had with it are minor: the paint is peeling, the latch on the gas tank door broke, and I had to replace a motor for the blower fans in order to get heat (this repair cost me $300, but that is the only one I've made). I would not say this car is "fun" to drive, but it is very easy to drive. The acceleration is not superb, but it is good enough. Sometimes I feel like it is slow to catch up to the other cars entering a highway, but generally this is not a problem. I enjoy the small size of this car. It is an ideal car for the city - it is easy to find a parking spot to fit it, and there is nothing on it worth stealing so the car thieves don't bother it. There are no bells and whistles in this car, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you want. The windows and locks are all manual (nothing in this car is automatic except for the transmission!) which is fine with me, but it is important to remember to check all the locks before leaving it and I can't open all the windows when I'm driving in the car alone if I forgot to open them before leaving.

Fairly reliable and few problems
The car has a small gas tank and good gas mileage, I like its rounded corners and small size as well. The rear lights have a good style that matches the curves of the car, and the engine is easy to work with, with lots of space to get to parts. There is more trunk space than it appears on the outside, and the same goes for the cabin. The interior upholstery is not so nice, being pleather, the carpeting is standard, and the non-upholstered areas are plastic and vinyl. These surfaces tend to collect a lot of dust so are not as nice as other materials. The car runs quietly and rarely needs repair, inexpensive to maintain and drive. It is fun to drive with quick acceleration, stop on a dime brakes, and finger turning. I always feel safe in this car.
