Very Adequate
This is the perfect vehicle for someone like me. I am retired and needed something with only a few "Bells and Whistles". This automobile is simple to operate as it has an automatic transmission. This is a coupe, but I can use it as a truck of sorts. It has a large trunk especially when pulling down the back seats. I have been able to put rugs, fences, a large order of groceries in the back. Around the city, the car gets about 20 miles per gallon. On the highway, it averages 26 miles per gallon. I have owned it for over five years. It has over 100,000 miles and still runs well. I drove it for an 800 mile road trip recently. There are just enough lights on the dashboard for me to be able to understand if something needs attention. It also displays the outside temperature which is nice to know as I live in a very hot climate in the summer. What I do not like about the dashboard lights is the low air in the tire light. At first it was great, but now it is not working properly and it has become annoying because it flashes all the time. The light is for the equipment that tells the light to tell you the air is low. I got along without this for years. You can put the car on auto drive and also able to operate the radio from the steering wheel.

Quality at its finest
From the very first time I sat behind the wheel, I felt the astronomical improvement compared to my 2005 Chevy Aveo. There is much less noise while running, and the vehicle feels all around more sturdy. The performance of the car is also much better. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend anyone I know.

Aveo smart and sexy
I recently purchased a 2009 Chevy Aveo. It's the first newer used car I have afforded since my divorce 13 years ago, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The Aveo has amazing turn radius. I love that I can whip it into the smallest parking spot from the oddest angel! It's so little it could fit in your pocket, and it gets me great parking almost anywhere. Even though the car appears little outside, there is plenty of room on the inside. My daughter and I took the car from Michigan to Tennessee and then to Louisiana on a road trip recently. We are both above average height, and we were gone for over a week. There was plenty of room for luggage, souvenirs, heads, and legs. My complaints are few and minor and include gas mileage which isn't as great as I would think for a car this small. It has plenty of power, so maybe that's what's bringing the mileage down, but I average 20/25. I would think it would be more. Also, the exterior body parts that are clipped in place pop out when the weather gets cold. Must be the plastic contracts in the cold. At any rate, the bumper caps front and back have a tendency to come out in places from time to time. I could live without that. The Aveo is a great little car. Positives far outweigh the negatives. I bought a 2009 for $4,000, and I was pleased with the price as well. If you're looking for an inexpensive, solid, used car, then give this one a try.
