The truck is fantastic. It is almost over ten years old and the a/c works perfectly. The gas mileage is really good. I was in an accident once and it barely made a scratch or dent in the truck. I really love the fact that I can move large items like benches, tables, armoires, etc... In the back. The paint has lasted all these years next to the ocean and the truck still runs like new although it only has 100,000k miles on it, it should still work great, it cost almost 23k.
Story
Going to the beach in Daytona and driving on the beach with Monty, that's the trucks name
Pros
The ice cold ac, the reliability, the fact that it's an American made vehicle.
Cons
My radio broke, the antennae broke off/

This truck has been nothing but a pain. It's less than 10 years old, less than 100,000 miles and starting to fall apart.
Story
No fun memories
Pros
A to B vehicle
Cons
Rear driver break light malfunctions because of bad wiring. Bed is too small Uncomfortable seating especially the "extra seats" Bad gas mileage

The 2015 Chevrolet Colorado was a truck to replace my former GMC 4 Door Sonoma. This time around I went with Chevrolet instead of GMC because of a $10,000 price difference. I chose a 4 door, Z71 for the space and the available V6 engine. The interior is comfortable and spacious. The dashboard has a touchscreen that is easy to reach and view. The center console is not too bulky but still has ample storage, cup holders and outlets to charge my devices. The outside is amazing, I constantly receive comments on how nice my truck looks. I opted for the shorter bed for easier parking and I do not use the bed to move large objects too much. The V6 engine has proven itself time and again when dealing with long drives and slower cars on the road. Cruise control is great. The back up camera is ve... (more)
Story
I drive in "hilly terrain" and enjoy using the V6 to get up the hills and around slower vehicles on the road.
Pros
More Space, OnStar vehicle tracking if it was stolen, Great design.
Cons
I have some specific dislikes: There are no sensors that beep or alert you when parking like in previous Chevrolet truck models. OnStar and Satellite Radio were mandatory options when ordering the truck. In 2016 you no longer need Satellite Radio because the phone can run your entertainment system. The cable/power ports do not charge while vehicle is off which was available in previous GM vehicles. The truck eats gas fast when not on the highway. The Z71 trim is nice but got much nicer and WAY more options in 2016 models.
