The Chevy Cargo Express van is the vehicle that powers my business. I own a florist company and use this van to make deliveries. This van is very strong and reliable. The Chevy Cargo van is altogether great and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Story
This time was able to one time pull a truck out of snow. Very powerful van.
Pros
This van is huge. I eliminated the need for a box truck with this van. It is powerful and can pull weight. Reliable and easy to maintain, the van is also efficient on gas.
Cons
This van broke down on me a couple times. Mainly electrical problems were the issue. The A/C malfunctioned on me, but the dealership replaced it under warranty. This van is also very noisy when driving.

I liked the price at time of buying. Also had ladder rack installed at no cost to me back in 2002. Has been a reliable van up to a point. Just after 100,000 mile warranty was up, noticed I was burning and losing some oil in engine. Still runs and have replaced fuel pump 2 times.
Story
Stood up to 90mph winds at jobsite.
Pros
Good work vehicle.
Cons
A lot of costs of repair after reaching 100,000 miles. Vehicle presently has 160,000 on it.

I purchased this van to replace an aging Ford model. Due to the nature of my work, these vehicles tend to be driven until they literally begin falling apart. I've driven the Chevy for > 180,000 miles and have yet to have any real issues. Aside from some slight cosmetic blemishes from rust on the bumpers, it runs, drives, and looks exactly like it did the day I bought it. It should be noted that, per the service manual, I did have a significant tune-up at 150,000 (belts, spark plugs, radiator flush, etc.), but that's the only major work that's been preformed. This thing tows like a pack horse, and is built like a tank. Unfortunately for Ford, I'll keep buying these vans until they stop making them.
Pros
Great power and respectable fuel economy. Comfortable 'captain-style' seats. Absolutely frigid air conditioning. Optional towing package.
Cons
Both bumpers rust. Chevy logo bubbles and fades. Map container in console easily broken.
