Very roomy, and great on long trips.
The Chevrolet Express Van is a large van with plenty of room for people and or cargo. Our van is a Regency Conversion Unit with the high top. It has very good headroom, and can be used for hauling seven people or with the rear bench seat removed it has excellent cargo space. The weakest point with the van is the braking system. The brakes could be larger and of better quality. Fuel economy around town is poor, but on the highway, it is decent for a van of this size. The dual passenger side and driver side entry doors tend to squeak quite a bit. Rear vision is limited due to the large blind area at the center of the two rearmost doors. The outside mirrors are more than adequate to compensate for the lack of rear vision through the inside mirror. The large 8 cylinder engine has more than adequate power for passing and hill climbing, and the van has excellent towing ability. The seating, (Our van is equipped with custom captains seats) is excellent. The middle two seats fold down for easy passenger access to the back bench seat. I have never had to take the vehicle back to the dealership for any issues. I have all of my maintenance done at a small private garage.

Great van that is in it for the long haul.
The Chevy Express is the best, large, passenger van available on the market. My 2004 Chevy express is going on 13 years old and still runs like it just came off the lot, even over 100,000 miles later. The van is spacious and fits 12 passengers comfortably. The seats come out very easily to make more room for cargo in the back. The air conditioning system is great, and I like that the rear control gives the people in the back seat the option of controlling their own temperatures. Great stereo system and handles the volume being cranked up really well. One fall is that the engine does not like to idle, so the car must always be turned off if t is going to sit anywhere for more than a couple of minutes. Passenger doors on each side a huge plus, very easy to climb in and out of van. Car hitch for pulling trailer is a nice feature. Side mirrors stick on occasion, but it is not a big issue. Seats are comfortable. Windows are tinted which is a big plus. Has been up and down the coast of the United States multiple times and still runs great.
