I recently received a 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ as a gift in September. I really am enjoying this vehicle. It's very luxurious and a huge upgrade from my 2007 Chevy Cobalt. It has a bigger footprint (I parked by a Chevy Cobalt the other day, and it looked very tiny next to my new car), has more mileage per gallon (partially due to the larger gas tank), and has a gorgeous faux leather interior. Best of all, it has heated seats. I live in Indiana, and winter is just setting in and, wow, do the heated seats make my drive to work in the morning much more tolerable!!
Story
I didn't tell my coworkers about getting a new car because I was a little embarrassed. One day when I was leaving work, I waved at a friend as he drove past (we work in separate buildings), and he waved back but looked confused. I pulled out, and he was waiting for me just down the driveway to ask about my car. Little did I know, my new car is his (and just about everybody else at my job) drea... (more)
Pros
My favorite features of this vehicle: faux leather interior, heated seats, and how quiet the engine is. It handles very well on the road and accelerates nicely. It also has remote start, which I am getting the hang of using! I feel like I'm driving an expensive rental car. It has a huge trunk and lots of space to put luggage, groceries, whatever you want! I also like all the available storage, especially in the front seat. There are little pockets everywhere to place your phone or other extra things you have on hand. You don't have to sacrifice one of the cup holders for your extra keys or... (more)
Cons
I'm a little bit worried about driving this vehicle in the winter. I have only lived in Indiana for one year and just barely got the hang of driving in the ice and snow last year. I'm scared to drive this winter because this car is so much larger and a little bit more ungainly. It also seems to stall slightly when I release the gas pedal to allow the car to decelerate before hitting the brakes. Maybe my old car was just less sensitive, but I've noticed this from time to time. I feel like the Malibu doesn't allow for cruising without having the gas/brakes engaged. It's hard to explain. My o... (more)

I totally recommend this car. It has a sleek design. The Malibu lets is a very reliable car. I bought mine used 4 years ago and have had only a few minor issues with it since I have owned it. The Malibu lets is very economical. It is a very affordable car. Gas mileage for the Malibu lets is great. The Malibu LTZ is available with a 4 cylinder or V6 motor. I have a standard 6 speed automatic transmission or I can switch to the manual transmission. Switching gears on the manual transmission is done my small paddles on the steering wheel. I get 28-30mpg on the highway and about 25 in town. My interior is all leather and the front seats are heated. There are 2 settings for the heated seats. This car gives you the feel of luxury and the working man's price. The back seat has lots of leg roo... (more)
