2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer EXT - Trailblazers: in name and in function
I got this car in exchange for a car that was newer, so I already had reasons to hold my reservations. However, gas-wise it's on par both in tank and MPG. The inside is comfortable and appealing with several switches and knobs just to make it more so. I had someone fail to stop when they were supposed to and the vehicle handled it incredibly well, unharmed and a very negligible amount of outer damage.
Story
This is the car I took for my first day of my first job, as well as back home after the first tiring day.
Pros
Very comfortable for longer rides. Lots of controls for air conditioning and heating. Car handled accidents well. Lots of space for drinks. Luggage shelf.
Cons
It's older, meaning gas is not incredibly efficient. The back brake light on the top of the vehicle was difficult to reattach. Seat belt was stiff and quickly cuts into neck and body. Only had a CD player (previous car had room for a CD and cassette adapter to use my phone).
2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer EXT - Good Ole Girl
This is the first SUV I purchased, and it has been a great choice! I am still driving it six years later. It has fit the needs of three moves and five boys. I have been in two accidents with minor damage (no repairs) while the other vehicles needed a lot to be drivable I love my Trailblazer!!
Story
My father-in-law was in a field that needed ATVs to access, but we were able to get there with using our four-wheel drive.
Pros
It is very spacious, great body, and has great add on. I love the five-disc CD player, sunroof, tinted windows, and four-wheel drive.
Cons
Gas mileage, transmission, and ball bearings.
