Overall very pleased with this vehicle. Owned a Cobalt prior so not too much of a change to the Cruze. However, a few noticeable improvements, seems like it has a little more power, handles easier and interior is sleeker. The car was bought used, and I have no regrets on not paying for a brand new one. In fact, I would recommend that you do that. The car feels powerful but also gets excellent gas mileage. Also, if you are a fisherman/hiker, the trunk has more than enough for your gear. If you lay the back seats down, you can leave a 9' fly rod together. Simply put, the Cruze is a very easy and nice car to own. Has very nice standard features and very much comparable to other cars of the same size on the market. The Cruze is an all around good car.
Story
I had the car for about three months and was out with friends. Tried to go through a field but managed to get my car stuck and completely covered in mud, inside and outside. Managed to make the clean nice new car dirty and less new feeling quickly.
Pros
The Apple Car Play integration is very nice to have makes using maps and even making a phone call simple and more safe since it is handsfree. The handling is a huge perk. I have driven it snow, rain, ice, and dry conditions all handle the same and easy to control. The interior is very comfortable even for longer drives. There are more than enough spaces to store stuff. Inside feels roomier than it is for the size of car it is. The OnStar integration is very nice too. A little piece of mind and while it is an additional cost, it is very much worth it in my eyes. Trunk also contains lots of ... (more)
Cons
One of the major cons I have is that there is no spare tire. I get that they wanted to cut weight, but without a spare you are sorta reliant on AAA or OnStar. Another thing is the way to cycle through the driver menu is with a button on the turn signal vs not having it on the steering column.

2016 Chevrolet Cruze - A reduction in quality.

I had an older model before this cruse. It was a 2014 and I had really liked that, so when I got the newer model I was expecting to like it as much. But I am disappointed. It seems the new cruise has been downgraded. Aside from the new touch screen and rearview cam added many things seemed to be missing now. The console used to be bigger and it had a sub port inside it but not anymore. Underneath the radio used to have more space, but this one has less room so my change gets wet when the travel cups drip and small accessories like sun glasses or garage door openers fall to the ground. There was also a compartment on the dashboard before for extra storage. I really miss having this storage. They changed the shape of the car too. The 2014 model looked a bit more beefy in the front sectio... (more)
Story
Driving to my new job for the first time in a brand new shiny car that still had the new car smell while connecting my phone to Bluetooth to play my music.
Pros
Good gas mileage. Love the color kinetic blue makes me turn my head when I see others the same shade drive by. Rear can really helps when I'm not sure of my surroundings backing up. am radio came free for the life of the lease.
Cons
Less space. Less storage space. Harder to clean. Change in design that I think is a step backward.
