Well, I have the Ford F250 super duty power stroke. The exterior of my truck is white with a plastic white bumper and a chrome bumper. As far as it goes me liking or loving the truck, it will have to do. The transmission went out on it so had to get the tranny rebuilt on...just six months ago. Then, I needed to repair the cables that attached to the batteries replaced because sometimes in mid-drive, the truck would just die. I'm not sure what that did to the engine since it is a diesel engine. You are supposed to wait to start. In the middle of the street, I would have to turn it on right away and not wait to start. The truck came with a stock radio, and the A/C works great! It's impressive the amount of mileage that can be put on this truck, and it keeps on going...that I like. I have... (more)
Story
We were on the freeway and noticed that the speed decreased. Then we realized that the truck had cut off on us, so we were praying and all scared. Then I tried the ignition one more time thinking we are so dead if this doesn't kick back on, and then it kicked back on!
Pros
The truck looks pretty drives nice. It come with a pretty good stock radio. The A/C blows cool air even on the hottest of days. As long as you do the frequent maintenance on it, the truck will keep going.
Cons
This truck guzzles fuel like no other the interior is falling apart. The cup holder is in the way of the outlet used to charge my phone. Some of the electrical needs to be looked over because there is an issue with the cabin light.

I really love the dependability of this truck. It still looks and runs great even after 17 years and 392,000 miles. It has one of the greatest, if not the greatest, diesel engine ever made. This truck has a 7.3 liter turbo diesel engine that has withstood the test of time and still runs great even after all these years. The only downside to this vehicle is the numerous times that I have had to replace front end parts. However, this is to be expected after owning and driving this vehicle for almost 17 years. Although, buying a diesel truck is more expensive than buying a gas powered truck. There is really no feeling like climbing into a lifted diesel truck.
Story
My favorite memories of driving this truck would probably be driving it on the beach in Corpus Christi.
Pros
This vehicle looks and runs great. It has enough horsepower and torque to haul anything you want to haul. It is highly dependable. It starts right up every time and will get you where you need to go.
Cons
Frequent replacement of front end parts. The transmission has been rebuilt twice. Once after about 100,000 miles and a second time after about 380,000 miles. However, although these were expensive fixes, they are to be expected when you have a vehicle that has lasted as long as this one has. The only other downside would be the cost of oil changes and having to pay the higher price for diesel compared to regular gasoline.
