Love the towing capacity and performance of the truck when towing. I have never had an issue with power when towing our heavy toy hauler through the mountains. We have experienced no issues with the vehicle, and it still runs like the day we drove it off of the lot. The stereo and navigation system are great. The voice command has a hard time understanding most voices, therefore is difficult to use most of the time. This is a reliable and very durable heavy-duty truck. The exterior has held up over time and still looks great. As does the interior. The extra dashboard gadgets such as additional trip records, fuel economy, towing records, etc... are truly useful tools to utilize with the vehicle. The fuel economy is about average for this type of vehicle. I would not say that this is a g... (more)
Story
We had a snow storm and about two feet of snow fell overnight. With the truck, we were able to drive over the many small trees that had fallen across our road causing our road to be closed. The larger trees the truck was able to help us pull off of the road after cutting them up with the chainsaw. This truck has gotten us out of some scary situations in the snowy weather here.
Pros
The durability and dependability of the vehicle is the best thing about it. This vehicle has been through many snow storms. It has towed many vehicles and trailers long distances and thru high elevations without a problem.
Cons
The vehicle is durable, heavy duty and meant to tow, therefore it can be a rough ride on roads that aren't very smooth. This is not your typical family vehicle either, as there are not hooks in the seats for a car seat. There are some hooks fashioned behind the seats, but the location makes it nearly impossible to place.

I love the outside almost boxy square look of the Ford Super Duty. The inside has the nice leather seats with both air conditioning & heaters in them. There is always plenty of room even with 5 regular sized adults packed in, everyone still has plenty of space. The truck so far has not had to go to the shop for anything, the acceleration, braking, and handling is excellent. The only complaint I have is that the ride is rough if you are not towing something.
Story
We tend to take the truck to the beach with us. It is always fun four wheeling around the sand. We have had to run over small trees a time or two during the winter months where we are located. The truck is built tough.
Pros
Lots of extra room for all passengers. Love the built in GPS with voice activated capabilities. Also love the towing capacity and comfort inside the truck when towing heavy loads. The truck also has lots of storage areas inside the cab which makes it nice.
Cons
The ride is rough when you are not towing something. It can make for a very uncomfortable drive if you have a great distance to go. The glove box does not have a light installed either. This makes it hard to rummage through it after dark. Another negative I found is that there are no safety latches for car seats. I find this to be a huge safety hazard for families.
