The 2012 Ford Mustang GT is a marvelous sports car. The suspension is wonderful and captivating. The cloth interior in the GT is miraculously comfortable and has breathable material. The coupe style makes you feel rather compact and snug in the cockpit. The back seat is comfortable and can comfortably fit two children (my children have ridden from ages six to fourteen currently). There is a ton of power in a small push on the pedal, so watch out there. This GT performs WELL in the rain, snow, and ice... far better than I would have thought. Very meticulous design and comfortable for a single lady, to a mom of two, or to a dad.
Story
Definitely the kids' friends saying they "love your moms car!" It's definitely an eye catcher and has an amazing build.
Pros
Pros are the comfort of the seating, whether in the front or the back. The coupe-style makes it easy to heat and cool. The ride is smooth and hugs corners unbelievably well. Also does wonderful in the rain, snow, and ice. My husband drives it to work in the snow and ice while I drive the truck. He has commented that it drives exceptionally well, better than any previous Mustang he has driven. The truck offers optimal space and is great for hauling groceries! The sleekness of its style on the inside and the outside is visually appealing. Two children can fit comfortably in the back and they... (more)
Cons
There aren't many negative aspects of this vehicle but there are a few minor ones. One would the placement of the latch for the armrest-box. My elbow continually pops the latch and flings the compartment open. Not too big of a deal... just watch where you put your elbow. The other con would be how cramped the speedometer is. It is very hard to tell what speed you are going as the intervals are close together and your needle is a bit too large.

2012 Ford Mustang - A beautiful car that lasts.

This is a beautiful, attention grabbing vehicle that is also very reliable. I travel often and have put 150,000 miles on it through many different types of weather. The car has stood up to all I have put it through very well. I have the convertible, and I have the top down often. The interior has stood up to unexpected rains and harsh sunlight. The brakes work great even after many long drives on mountain roads. To my surprise, I've had no problems whatsoever. I'm usually pretty rough on a car, but this Mustang can take it even though it looks mainly like a show car. There is nothing that I dislike about my Ford.
Story
I think the whole experience of owning this car is my memorable story. Every time I get in the car, it feels like I'm escaping all the stress in my life.
Pros
I never have to worry about getting in it and it not starting. Everyone loves the look and tells me what I cool car I have everywhere I go. There are two USB plug ins in the middle, under the armrest, for charging phones on the go. Putting the top down is easy and quick. It has a sports car feel without any of the problems that usually come with sports cars When packing things in the car, you can put the top down to put things in the back seat and you don't have to bend and twist.
Cons
I guess it could get better gas mileage. I get about 25 mpg and that is fine for most people I guess, but I travel so much by car that anything would help. I want to be able to have that feeling of driving an expensive looking (it's actually very affordable) vehicle with the top down on long trips but not having to stop for gas as much. I feel like the technology is out there to give these cars better gas mileage, so I think this is a con worth mentioning because it could be fixed. There is not a whole lot of space to pack a bunch of things if you are traveling. It is enough for me, b... (more)
