VERY POSITIVE
VERY WELL MADE CAR FOR A SMALLER CAR. LOVE TO DRIVE THIS CAR. ITS VERY EASY TO HANDLE. CURVES ARE NO PROBLEM FOR THIS CAR IT MOVES AROUND CORNERS WITH SUCH EASE. HANDLES VERY WELL IN DIFFERENT WEATHER CONDITIONS. FOR A SMALLER CAR IT HANLES ICE AND SNOW GREAT. GAS MILAGE IS WONDERFUL. IN TOWN DRIVING IS 35-36 MPG AND ONTHE ROAD 40-43 MPG. THATS THE BEST PART OF HAVING THIS CAR.

Fuel efficient, reliable, low maintenance treasure.
I have had my Spark for almost five years now. In that time, I have put 119,000 miles on it with two drive-heavy jobs and trips to nearby states regularly. Her fuel economy remains awesome. I can go approx. 300 miles on one 8–9 gallon tank of gas, even more if it's at least 70% highway driving. I've only had to replace the brake pads twice and the rotors once. I found out, as I neared 70,000 miles, that my car actually has a timing chain instead of a belt, so it never needs to be replaced. I did have issues of burning oil in the early years, but that was fixed with a recall, and I've not had a problem since. She has ample space in the back seat for two 6 ft. passengers, due to the cars height. The only two things wearing down internally after 100,000+ miles seem to be the drivers side seat leather from getting in and out so much and the radio on/volume button has definitely become loose but still works fine. Overall, a worthwhile purchase.
