The car performs great, has good acceleration from stop and handles beautifully. If you are in need of an economy vehicle, the Spark is economical on gas. The hatchback opens to a very tiny trunk area, but that is expandable by folding the two back seats down for extra space. The seats in back are uncomfortable with the headrests sitting too far forward no matter what height. The rear headrests cannot be removed without first taking out the seat base, releasing the seat back and then squeezing a tiny button on either side of the headrest bars, at the same time, to release the two bars of the headrest. If you try removing them any other way, they simply do not clear the roof of the car. A rear-facing infant seat will not fit in the car easily. There is hardly enough clearance between th... (more)
Story
The a/c works beautifully, except the temperature doesn't get cool enough if your windows aren't tinted here in Arizona. We bought the car over this last summer and plan on tinting the windows very dark before next summer.
Pros
I like the stereo and display and the fact it comes with its own Wi-Fi hot spot. The reverse camera is very nice, and the handling is very good.
Cons
Uncomfortable seats that don't provide much room for sitting or allow for infant or toddler car seats. The lack of console stashes or boxes for keeping things you leave in car but want out of sight. The small trunk area and the hassle of how you have to remove seats to convert back of car for extra space.

I initially bought the vehicle because it was great on gas and was a Chevy. I've always been a Chevy girl but no more. I bought two brand new Sparks back to back with the same exact brake issue. I will never buy another Chevy product so long as I live no matter how much I like the vehicle. The only pros I can really think of are the great gas mileage and it comes with a touchscreen and Wi-Fi standard. Other than the brakes being defective, I guess it's a decent commuter car. The seats are fairly comfortable. I've taken a 300-mile day trip in it with no real pain. The audio is lacking, but what can you expect from a cheap car? Storage is minimal, but the car is minimal so it's fitting. It is a fun car to drive because it's almost like driving a go-kart around town. Parking is no problem... (more)
Story
It wasn't fun but definitely memorable. Driving around wasting my time, energy and money, duplicating the defective brake issue repeatedly to GMC and their incompetent technicians.
Pros
Great gas mileage
Cons
Gas tank size. Defective brakes. Storage size.
