My vehicle is a 2007 1ss. There are 2 different models the 1ss and the 3ss. The 3ss is all leather with navigation and all the possible options. The 1ss is fabric and basically a base model with a few extras. I like everything about the truck its fast, fun, and affordable. It does everything I need besides tow heavy trailers but I do have a 2500hd for that no big deal.
Story
I have a performance exhaust on the truck and every time I rev the engine my 16 month old daughter just smiles and laughs. She loves being in louder vehicles.
Pros
The top positive about this suv is the horsepower and handling. It is 400hp and handles like a car. Also the interior modeling, it is quality fabric and the dash is very sturdy. The brakes are strong and sturdy and stop the suv in time when you need them too.
Cons
The top negatives would be that the transmission is to small for a 5 thousand pound truck. It is also an suv that has a trailer hitch but no tow/haul mode for driving with a trailer. Another con would be the door handles on the exterior are held in by plastic clips that when in cold break really easy if you happen to pull on it with a little strength.

It was a pretty great vehicle. Automatic transmission, great leather interior, wonderful air conditioning. It was incredibly spacious in the front and back seat and I love that the steering wheel has all sorts of controls on it. It is so convenient to not have to look over toward the dashboard to fiddle with stuff like the radio. The fact that it has back seat AC and radio controls is also an wonderful addition. This was a very high quality vehicle that drove great and was just all around fun to drive. Felt very safe. Now for the downside. The gas mileage. It could've been way better. The maintenance and repair was also a bit pricey and it was in the shop a good deal for small problems but that might've just been my mechanic.
Story
I taught my son how to drive in this vehicle and when he eventually got his license and own car he would still beg to drive mine everywhere we went.
Pros
The biggest pro would have to be just how nice the whole thing drove. I always felt safe and it would get me anywhere I wanted to go. I had no qualms about teaching my son to drive in this vehicle because I knew it would see us through anything. Second greatest thing would be the back seat air conditioning. So wonderful to not have to freeze just because the kids are hot and want the AC on.
Cons
The gas and the constant repairs needed. It was a pretty large drain on our finances and somewhat of an inconvenience to have my vehicle in the shop so dang often.
