The Chevy S-10 that I own has a third door. Whenever I'm going to transport anything, I have an option of using the short flat bed in the back of the truck or opening the third door that leads to the outside. Also, the truck has a small third seat in the inside for a small person or a child.

Excellent truck
This truck is great! The vehicle drives smooth. It is quiet in the inside, hardly any road noise heard. This truck is built strong. I do not ever hear any kind of squeaking or rattling. The engine in this truck is powerful, and the transmission shifts smooth. I like the crew cab feature in this truck. The extra room that the crew cab offers is great for extra riders. Instead of only two passengers in the front, one can carry an extra three people in the back due to the bench seat. One thing I don't like is the bed. The bed of the truck is very short and that limits the ability to haul items that are long. All in all, this truck is great, the paint is excellent -- no rusting or paint chipping. The interior is of quality cloth. The performance is great, and the fuel mileage is excellent.

Fun but expensive
Overall, the performance of the truck has been pretty good. I've had it since I was 17 years old and I am only now, at age 29, going to have to start looking for a new car because it's on its last legs. I've had a lot of fun with the truck over the years, and the back of it is spacious which has made me a go to person for friends looking to move - I suppose that has its pluses and minuses. The overall upkeep of the truck has been pretty expensive, I'd estimate I've spent an average of $1,000/year in the time I've owned it - that's an overall average, I spent less on upkeep when it was newer.
