Great 4 x 4 truck for off roading. I like the four wheel drive especially while driving in deep soft sand in the desert. It fits the whole family comfortably. It tows a travel trailer with plenty of power and torque.

I bought my F-150 used with only about 20,000 miles on. I've had it a few years, and it has a little over 45k now. It's been a great, reliable truck so far. It starts up every time, hasn't had any repair issues, and maintenance has been a breeze. It's styled nicely too, with a two-toned color scheme and piping down the side. It did have one small issue with the passenger side wiper not working correctly, but it turned out to be a simple wiring issue that was easily resolved at the dealership. Mine has a second row of seats, which is really helpful for towing the family around or even just hanging out with the boys. Most people don't realize, the F-150 actually has a full-size rear door; something that the Dodge Ram was lacking. When trying to squeeze two car seats in the back, having this full-size door is a blessing. The interior is slightly on the cheap side, but that's to be expected in a truck. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a "dainty" interior; I want something that can get a little dirty on the inside. Overall, the F-150 is a tough, reliable truck that also makes a fantastic family vehicle, especially for those love the outdoors. With it's full-sized cabin and bed, you'll have plenty of room to work with.
