The trunk is very large. It is great for storing many kid items. I am able to put a stroller in the trunk and have plenty of room for other baby items. I wish the backseat seat folded down like my old Malibu. The seat are very comfortable and the interior of the car is roomy. The dash is easy to read. The car has good pick up and drive smoothly. It is also very quiet. I think the car is of good quality and reliable. It does not seem to have any continual problems. I don't have any major complaints about the car. I am happy to have been able to purchase it after having a Malibu. I am glad there is an option that is similar to the Malibu, but slightly larger.
Story
Enjoyed driving to Washington DC with my husband and daughter. Able to fit all we needed in the car.
Pros
Roomy good gas mileage smooth handling reliable
Cons
Back seat doesn't fold down

I had an accident in my Charger, and with full coverage insurance, I was able to get another car, but I wanted something that would give me the same power and speed that the Charger did because that was something I loved about my car. While I really wanted another Charger, my eye kept being drawn to the Impala, and since I heard good things about them—they are legendary—I decided to give it a test drive. I was so impressed by how fast the car went without having to feed a lot of gas to the engine, and I felt like the car just coasted on the freeway. I bought the car, and I actually almost think it is better than the Charger. Maybe not as bold and stylish, but I get good gas mileage. I can get on the interstate, accelerate quickly, and keep up with the speed of traffic without feeling l... (more)
Story
The day I was test driving the car, my son was in the backseat, and as we were accelerating onto the interstate, I tested to see how fast it would go. It caught the speed quicker than I anticipated, and we ended up having to speed up more to get in front of a car or else brake really hard to let the other car pass. I decided to speed ahead, and my son starts routing for me from the back seat s... (more)
Pros
It is very good on gas, has a lot of power, and the engine still purrs. On the interstate when accelerating the car picks up speed very quickly, and the engine still remains relatively quiet. I can leave the car running and you can barely hear it.
Cons
As a car with a long body, it can be frustrating to find a parking space in a parking garage because it cannot fit in the compact spaces. It also is not as sleek as my Charger. The length of the car also means no squeezing in tight spaces, and the worst is when cars are parked too close to the front and the back and you have to go back and forth quiet a bit to get out. That is more difficult with such a long body.
