Great Everyday Vehicle
I spent over six months researching used cars and this was the best one I could find with the combination of great price with low mileage (only 21K miles for a 5yr old car! Sign me up!). It is the base model but still packs a lot of great features. Sirius/XM radio, cruise control, power seats just to name a few. The car has a beefy 6cyl engine and man does it get up and go on the highway. Very comfortable and quiet ride on the highway as well. Only problem I've had so far over the last year is a small rattle from the the rear passenger area, but I think it is merely a loose clamp that holds the exhaust up. Other than that the car runs, looks, and feels great. This vehicle has black exterior with a light grey cloth interior and all power windows. The dealership I purchased from did have a 2012 with a few more options, but the 2011 just seemed like a better fit for me personally. Overall I would recommend the Impala in just about any year as my family has always owned at least one amongst the 12 of us. Hopefully will upgrade to a 2017 next year!

Trustworthy vehicle.
I bought my 2011 Chevy Impala approximately 6 years ago. It has been one of the most trustworthy cars, of the 4 that I have owned in my lifetime. There have only been 2 occasions, that my car did not start. One was because of a faulty Stabilitrak sensor, that ended up being a factory recall. The other time that my car broke down was due to a dead battery, which I should have replaced previous to it breaking down. It is large enough to fit 5 people very comfortably, yet small enough to park in a compact car parking spot. While I do not get terrible gas mileage, the car was advertised to get 32 mpg, and I get about 20 mpg, which is significantly lower than the car boasts. However, I do a lot of interstate driving, so that could be why. Overall, it is one of the best cars that I have owned.
