Great solid truck
I purchased this car used at a price of about $26k. It had previously been a rental truck. It was one year old and had about 30k miles on it. Someone had hit the back corner panel and now it has marks that look like a fence, and there was a small dent on the bumper, but the price that it was offered at was way below market price, so it was worth buying it and having the scrapes removed. I have had it now for about three and a half years, and it has held up well. It drives fairly smooth, has a good bit of power, and always starts right up. It is by no means one of the new luxury trucks that they offer, but is a good, hardworking truck.

I love my Silverado
The interior of the crew cab is spacious and provides a split bench in the front for a total of 6 passengers which is ideal for a large family. It has a 6 speed manual transmission which helps on gas mileage considering it has a 5.7L V8 engine. On that same token it has the capability to shut off 4 cylinders when cruising so as to save gas mileage as well. The stereo is simplistic and there is no Bluetooth connection for your phone but it does have the capability to use satellite radio. The reverse camera is located in the rear view mirror which helps you to maintain a bigger picture of what is going on behind you, additionally there is a parking assist feature which provides a series of beeps as you get closer and closer to an object behind you. I especially enjoy the ability to move the pedals closer so when my wife drives she doesn't have to adjust the seat. The air conditioning and heating are both powerful and fast to work, especially in conjunction with the remote engine start.

Great Truck So Far
This truck has held up well over the last few year. I purchased it used after it was used as a rental for about a year. It had a few dings, but I got it for a great price and was able to fix up the dings for less that it would cost to buy another used one. It currently has 60K miles and hasn't had to have anything major replaced at all. All I have done is change the break pads and other routine maintenance. The car still drives as good as the day I brought it home and works well. It has a long bed and 4wd which has held up good so far. It comes in handy when you have to move various things from lumber to furniture. The bed came with a plastic drop in bed liner that can be removed to be cleaned or can be removed and replaced with a roll on bed liner that I personally prefer, but have not had the need or want to apply and spend the money on. There are four tie in hooks that you can anchor ratches or bungee cords to. You can also buy aftermarket hooks that attach the bed rails.
