The vehicle is gray and has a rack on top. The wheels are very large. It has a large gas tank. It has a DVD player, radio and clock. There are three rows of seats not counting the back area for whatever you need to load. Like groceries for instance. This vehicle came with air conditioning and heat.
Story
One year we had to evacuate in a hurry because of an oncoming hurricane. We loaded up the vehicle and began down the highway when we came to a full stop. Bumper to bumper all in one direction. We weren't going anywhere. Good thing I made plenty of sandwiches and brought lots of water. It took six hours to get somewhere that should have taken one hour. This vehicle held up and didn't get... Pros
I have never owned a vehicle this big. It has a large gas tank. I fill up once a month. Living in a state with frequent evacuation orders, having this vehicle to load and run makes life a little bit easier. They say this car is not great on gas. I disagree. Sometimes I go two months without filling up. The interior has three rows of seats. The front has two captain chairs that are the most comfortable seating I have ever experience in a car. The air conditioning is excellent in our hot climate.
Cons
The breaks on this vehicle are not cheap to repair. I have had to replace the radiator once. The air conditioning was replace once. The tires replaced three times. My visor foam padding began to disintegrate. I had to remove the foam padding. It was getting in my eyes. The visor light quit working. My dashboard is crumbling from the sun.

I love my Suburban! I come from a large family so I grew up having bigger cars and that's exactly what my suburban reminds me of! It can seat 8 and it still has room in the back to transport stuff which comes in handy during road trips or even just going to the grocery store! I also like that it's higher up off the ground which is really beneficial when you have a heavy snow fall (which is common where I live) or even a rainstorm so you don't have to worry about getting washed out by bigger cars. There's controls to adjust your seat as well as seat warmers which is a great perk in the winter months! It also has controls in the back seat for the passengers to be able to control the temperature settings if they want them to be different from those in the front. It has a roof rack which m... (more)
Story
Driving into the mountains to a cabin for my mom's birthday with my family in the car with us was a great time.
Pros
Plenty of seating, seats that fold down for fitting items in the car, great for rough travel.
Cons
Fuel economy.
