I purchased this Chevy Suburban after I found out that I was having my fifth child. This has everything that I was looking for (and comfortable with) in a used vehicle. It is equipped with FlexFuel, allowing it to use E85 which is more environmentally friendly. It is a V8 with cylinder deactivation, dropping down to 4 cylinders while driving on the highway saving fuel, which in turn saves money. It's a 7 seater with captain's chairs, with interior DVD (unfortunately, it did not work properly initially), Bluetooth capabilities which allow hands-free calling, auxiliary input, equipped with XM Sirius radio, also equipped with OnStar capabilities and steering wheel controls. It is also has tire pressure monitors, traction control, and remote start.
Story
We had enough room to take a family day-trip to Florida. Gas was reasonable and we were able to travel in comfort.
Pros
The size is perfect, the ride is very smooth thanks to a great suspension system, the power is incredible, and I love the all black appearance. The entertainment package is great for my family. It is great on fuel and attracts attention no matter where I go.
Cons
The DVD player did not work initially, but the dealership paid for the repair. When my cell phone is connected to the aux cord and the charger at the same time, the radio makes a buzzing noise. If my phone rings through the Bluetooth, the air conditioner and radio power down until I disconnect from the call.

The vehicle is great for road trips with your friends, it's big enough to fit the whole gang in it. With the leather seats it's very comfortable and cushy and big enough to relax.
Story
I love being able to drive around on the fun hills.
Pros
I love the huge size and the fact that the seats can fold down - very convenient for big families or many friends. The 4 wheel drive is great in the winter if you live where it snows a lot because you can get out. Great for hills such as those in San Francisco. I like the car because it's strong, powerful and pretty easy to drive.
Cons
Finding parking can be a pain living in the city. Also, the car is very big and takes pretty long to get it fully air conditioned. The seats can sometimes be uncomfortable if the head rest isn't properly positioned. The cup holder in the middle breaks often and is a hassle to fix. The car is up very high and may be hard to drive if you are not experienced. The car also uses a lot of gas, bad fuel economy.
