I have owned my Suburban for a little over a year now, and I nothing shy of love it. It has back-up cameras to help me back up from my tight apartment complex. There are three video screens in my vehicle to help keep my kids occupied on the road. There is a sun/moon roof that I use on the daily. There is a secret compartment up by my screen that I can lock and keep personal stuff in. The seats can have saved settings for multiple drivers. They are also heated seats for the winter. You can also charge your phone via the center council. It also has two bucket seats in the middle and a row in the back making it for easy in and outs.
Story
Honestly, just watching my kids reactions when they watch movies while we go places. It makes you feel happy that they are enjoying the trip as well.
Pros
It's big. I feel safe in it. It has electric mirrors for moving around and tucking in while parking. It has front and back sensors. It has built-in video for the kids. It has heated seats. You can save the seat settings for multiple people. You can use a sensor to open the back compartment. It has a safe box upfront for personal belongings. It has a charging pad in the center council. It has a moon/sun roof. It has rear air conditioning for the children. It has a large tank, which means less filling up.
Cons
The only con really about the vehicle is that it is rather large, so for just a single person, it may be too big of a vehicle. The gas mileage is not that great, but it is to be expected with a large vehicle like this.

I wanted to love my Chevy Suburban, but I am not overly thrilled with it. I like the size and that it fits my large family. I like the looks of it, but that is about the extent of my happiness. The Suburban back row seating was sold to us having USB ports but those never were set up or connected right. Took it into the dealer but they don't want to fix it. So we were sold a Suburban that wasn't right. The outside temperature reading has also never been right. I contacted them right after purchasing and was given a run around. Finally took it back in and they said something needs to be replaced. But we need to pay because it is no longer under warranty. So even though we took it in right away and they turned us away, they refuse to fix. Overall, I am not happy with our vehicle that seem... (more)
Story
One of the first days driving it, I had someone approach me saying they really liked the car and hoped to one day have one.
Pros
The style and size are the most positive things about the Suburban. I like all the charging ports. I would like them more if they all worked as they should.
Cons
Back row seating was never connected right to have the USB charging ports working properly. Temperature feature never been correct since purchasing. Air conditioner (condenser) went out three years after owning it. Air flow and functions automatically will switch even when nothing was selected or changed by me. Shows a certain air flow and what is shown on one dash doesn't match with what is shown on the panel.
