My Chevy Tahoe was purchased by me in November of last year. Ever since I purchased the truck, I have loved every minute of owning it. The power that the 6.2L V8 delivers is highly desirable. There is absolutely no issues passing cars on the highway or even on a open road. Just by being in the car, you can tell Chevy spared no expense in building it. Everything is solid, the doors are heavy, the wood grade is beautiful, it has a great display, etc. The only thing I dislike about the truck is the fuel economy. I average about 14.5 miles per gallon, however when you're driving a 6.2L V8 it is not too shabby. The truck also has a eco mode which allows the truck to drop down to four-cylinders (when eight is not required) to save on the fuel economy.
Story
The truck is so powerful that it has made me get multiple tickets in which has caused my insurance to go up.
Pros
The power, nothing beats it. Passing cars is a breeze. I also like the wood grain and overall appearance of the truck. Black on black is very nice when you roll up to the club, or even just going out on the town. When it is washed and waxed people certainly will turn heads. The chrome wheels are also a plus as far as appearance. I also like that it has remote start, that way I can warm my truck up before driving somewhere. It also is a pretty cool feature that people ask me about frequently.
Cons
Some negative things would be the fuel economy. It is very rough on gas and normally costs $50+ just for a full tank. Of course you do not buy an SUV for the gas mileage, however I would expect it to get a little better for the year. Another bad feature would be how they stuff the engine down under the hood, it makes it very tough, and expensive for many mechanics to work with since it is pretty far back. Overall, it is not a bad vehicle.

The performance of my car is amazing. I have had it for five years and never had any major brakes. If the general maintenance is up kept then the car stays running as smooth as it did when brand new. My vehicle came standard with leather seat and sunroof. I have never had a problem with the sunroof. I have to replace one of my seats due to sun damage.
Story
every road trip there is something memorable!
Pros
Highway mileage is amazing and the interior is perfect for the highway. The openness inside the car allows for my two toddler car seats and will comfortably fit about five to six more people. I love the airflow vents in the car. There are person adjuster to each air vent. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to traveling families.
Cons
The only downside to this car is that moving from point a to point b on a regular day seems to burn a lot of gas. I typically don't drive this vehicle unless ill be on the road for a couple of hours. I don't like how spacing gets when parking at grocery stores and or the mall. Any parking with lines on the ground makes it hard to open the doors comfortably without feeling like you are going to hit the car next to you. Another con to the vehicle is the high step to get into the front seats. I generally take my grandmother to the store or wherever she needs to go, however it makes her day ha... (more)
